The built-up area is between 1249 sq.ft to 1556 sq.ft, providing ample space for our family. The project's proximity to Sarjapur Road and Electronic City is a significant advantage for commuting. We also liked the inclusion of a cricket pitch and a landscape garden. The price point, with our 3 BHK costing about 75 Lakh, was competitive. It was ready to move in as of June 2020. The maintenance seems to be handled decently so far. A small drawback is that the OC received status is not readily available, which is something we are looking into with Estella Projects Pvt Ltd.
