We chose Esteem Classic because of its proximity to Goodwill School & Pu College, which is nearby. Our 3 BHK flat is spacious, around 1.8 Crore, giving us plenty of room. The jogging track is perfect for my morning runs before the kids wake up. The play area is also a good spot for them. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is crucial. The overall atmosphere of the community is family-friendly. We feel it's a safe environment for our children to grow up in. Manipal Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind.

We purchased a 2 BHK in Esteem Classic around the time it was completed in 2011. The super built-up area is quite generous, around 1215 square feet, which felt spacious enough for us. The location in Mahalakshmi Layout, Yeshwantpur is generally quiet, though sometimes traffic can get a bit heavy on the main roads nearby like Tumkur Road. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained and we use them regularly. Security is also very good with the gated community aspect.
