After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own home. Estate Meghmani seemed like a good option. We bought a 3 BHK flat here, which is quite large at 1734 square feet. It's ready to move in, which was a big relief as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location on Picnic Garden Road, Amrabati, is developing well. We are happy with the gated community setup and the car parking facility. The price point of 2.06 Crore onwards was a stretch for us, but we managed with a home loan. The only slight issue is the traffic on Picnic Garden Road during peak hou, it can get a bit congested. However, the metro station at Hemanta Mukhopadhyay is just 1.6 kilometeaway, which is convenient.

The project is by Estate Vally, and it's located in Tiljala, Amrabati, Kolkata. It was ready to move in, which made the process simpler. The amenities like a children's play area and power backup were attractive. The price was 2.06 Crore onwards. The location is decent, with EM Bypass and Picnic Garden Road nearby. My main concern is the dust and construction noise from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit botheome at times. I hope this improves as the area matures. Otherwise, the flat itself is good.
