The price is approximately 2.05 Crore. We liked the idea of the Terrace Garden and the Solar Lighting feature. The location in Satellite is quite central for us, with easy access to work. It is still under construction, with completion expected by August 2026. The only minor issue is the parking situation; it looks like it might be a bit tight if we have guests over. Overall, the amenities like the entrance lobby and gymnasium are attractive.
