We chose a plot in Errichter One Goa P3 because of its convenient location for our children. Shri Shantadurga High School is literally nearby, which is a huge advantage for us. The Bicholim Kadamba Bus Stand is also at nearby, making it easy for commuting. We are looking at the 1605 square feet plot size. The developer, Errichter Infra Private Limited, has a decent reputation. It's still under construction with a completion date in March 2029. My only concern is the access road to the project; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak school houWe are hoping this improves once the project is fully developed.
