    We chose Eros Sampoornam I because of its proximity to SKS World School, which is nearby, and we needed a larger space. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1600 square feet. The price of 1.3 Crore was a stretch but worth it for the space and amenities. The club house and gymnasium are fantastic for the whole family. The swimming pool is a big hit with the children. The community center with a tennis court is also a great addition. One issue we've noticed is that the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road can be quite heavy during peak office commute times, making travel longer than expected sometimes. The built-up area is generous though.

    Purchased a 2 BHK in Eros Sampoornam I last year. The built-up area of 950 square feet is decent for a small family. The price point of around 70 Lakh was within my budget. It is a ready-to-move-in property, which was convenient. The proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road is a major plus for commuting. However, the construction quality seems average for the price paid. There's a noticeable amount of dust from nearby construction sites, which is a bit botheome. The gymnasium is well-equipped, though. The developer, Eros Group, has delivered a functional property.

    Relocating for work, I needed a place close to Numed Hospital. Eros Sampoornam I is nearby, which is manageable. I booked a 1060 square feet 2 BHK apartment. The price of 75 Lakh was reasonable for the area. The project offea variety of amenities including a cricket pitch and a skating rink, which my kids are excited about. The 24x7 water supply is a critical factor for me. The only concern is the distance to the nearest metro station, Noida Sector 50 Metro Station, which is nearly nearby. The construction feels solid, and it’s good that it is ready to move in.

The location in Noida Extension offegood potential for rental appreciation. I acquired a 3 BHK flat measuring 1500 square feet. The price at that time was attractive, in the 90 Lakh range. The availability of amenities like a swimming pool and spa adds to the property's appeal for tenants. The main drawback is the lack of readily available OC information, which can sometimes create a bit of hesitation for future buyeor for resale. The large area of up to 1800 square feet for larger flats is a good selling point.

    I moved into Eros Sampoornam I about six months ago. The community center with the tennis court and amphitheater is a great place to spend evenings. My spacious 1350 square feet 3 BHK flat has ample room for my visiting grandchildren. The Roman elevation design of the buildings is quite elegant. Water supply has been consistent, which is a big relief. Parking is available, but it can get a little tight during peak houOverall, the amenities are good for a comfortable retired life. The street lighting is also well done, making evening walks safe. I appreciate the green belts around the complex.
