    We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found Era Tranquil. The 2 BHK flats here are around 975 square feet, giving us more room. Living in Tripunithura is great because it's close to important places. VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL is right at nearby, which is very reassuring. The connectivity is excellent with NH-47A and Ettumanoor-Ernakulam Road nearby. The only small concern is the traffic noise sometimes, being so close to the main roads. However, the bus stand being just a minute away is incredibly helpful for my wife. The construction quality appeasolid. Era Homes and Projects delivered a decent product.
