The price is in the 3.25 Cr to 4.0 Cr bracket, which is considerable but justifiable for the quality promised. The proximity to Sector 55-56 Metro Station (1.97 KM) is a major plus for commuting. I appreciate the gated community aspect and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The completion date is July 2027, which is acceptable.
