  We decided to book a 3 BHK at Endeco TS Heights. The size is good, between 1450 to 1750 square feet, and it felt spacious during the site visit. The developer, Endeco Builde, seems reliable. The location in Erragadda is decent and it's close to Bharat Nagar Metro Station, which is convenient. They have a Children's Play Area and a Party Hall which will be useful for family gatherings. The price for a 3 BHK is around 1.2 Crore, which is manageable. The only downside is that the area can get a bit congested during peak hou, and there's some dust from the ongoing construction. We are looking forward to moving in by March 2028.

  We are looking for a comfortable home for my parents in Hyderabad and Endeco TS Heights in Erragadda seems like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments are between 1155 and 1350 square feet, which should be plenty of space. I liked that it has a Yoga/Meditation Area and a Swimming Pool, which my parents will enjoy. The developer, Endeco Builde, has a decent reputation. The location is also convenient with Neelima Hospital just 500m away. My only concern is the completion date is March 2028, which feels a bit far off, but the construction is ongoing. The price point of around 93.77 Lakh for a 2 BHK is within our budget. I will probably visit the site myself next month.
