The price was around 37.5 Lakhs, which felt a bit high, but it is ready to move in. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The community has a swimming pool and a gym, which are nice amenities. The location is reasonably close to Delhi Public School Vadodara. One thing I noticed is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer like me. However, the basic facilities like water supply and electrification with a transformer are in place.
