After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Nagpur. Empire Residency in Manish Nagar caught my eye. The 4 BHK flat, spanning 1900 square feet, offeample space. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting within the complex; it makes the environment pleasant. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was January 2022. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the feeling of security. However, the access road to the project from the main road is a bit narrow, which could be inconvenient for guests. Overall, it's a decent place for a calm life.

However, I am a bit concerned about the traffic in this area during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
