This is my fit property purchase, and I was a bit nervous. I visited Empire Castle in Peroorkada a couple of times before deciding. The 3 BHK villas are ready to move, which was a big plus for me. I particularly liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place feel very green and pleasant. The children's play area is also a nice touch for future family plans. The built-up area for the 3 BHK starts from 1334 Sq.ft, so there's ample room. The nearby Church bus stop is only a 2-minute walk, making commutes easier. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle soon. The Empire Group seems to have a decent offering here.
