Finding a good 3 BHK flat in Hyderabad that fits our budget and needs was challenging. Emmareddy Hill County in Miyapur offered a 1701 square feet apartment starting at 1.11 Crore. We are currently renting and wanted something permanent. The developer, Emmareddy Projects, has included essential amenities like a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains, which are crucial. Vignan Schools is nearby, which is perfect for our children. The only drawback we noticed is the parking situation; the closed car parking seems a bit tight for larger vehicles, but we managed to get a spot. We are looking forward to moving in after completion in November 2026.
