We saw Emmareddy Hill Botanica last weekend and liked the 1200 square feet 2 BHK layout. It felt spacious enough for us. The location in Miyapur, North Hyderabad is convenient for our work. We are hoping the construction finishes by July 2027 as planned. One thing that concerned us a bit was the traffic on the main road during peak houIt might get a little hectic commuting daily. However, the developer Emmareddy Developeseems to have some good eco-friendly features like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is a plus. We are seriously considering booking here.

We decided to book a 2 BHK at Emmareddy Hill Botanica. The size is good at 1200 sq.ft. Built-up. Having Vignan Schools literally next door is a dream come true for us with two young children. The developer, Emmareddy Develope, has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire alarm system, which are crucial. It is currently under construction and expected to be ready by July 2027. My only concern is the parking situation, as I haven't seen much detail on it, and with two ca, we need to be sure. The location in Miyapur is developing, and we are hopeful it will be a great place for our family to live.
