We moved into our 3 BHK here about two months ago. The children's play area is fantastic and my kids spend a lot of time there. We have the 1546 square feet apartment which feels quite spacious. The location in Choodasandra is decent, though getting to TCIS in Harlur can take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. We like that there is 82% open space with gardens, it feels less crowded. The swimming pool is also a nice addition for weekend relaxation. Parking is adequate for our one car. Overall, it's been a comfortable transition for the family.

The nearby Kauvery Hospital (7.5 km) gives us peace of mind. The project has so many facilities like a tennis court and squash court, which we are excited to use. My only concern is the approach road to the property; it feels a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. However, the 82% open space and gardens make up for it once you are inside the complex. The club house also looks very well-maintained.
