We finally moved into Eminent Enclave last week. The 2.5 BHK flat is quite spacious, with 1200 square feet built-up area, which is good for my family. Being ready to move in March 2024 was a major factor for us. The proximity to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school is fantastic, literally zero distance, making the morning commute for my kids a breeze. Power backup is also installed, which is essential in Chennai. My only concern so far is the traffic on Arcot Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. But overall, the location and space are what we wanted.

However, I found the parking space a bit tight, especially if you have multiple vehicles. The OC status wasn't readily available, which is something I usually look for.
