    My partner and I bought a 1 BHK here in Emerald Sangolda Residency. It's about 700 square feet, perfect size for us as we both work in IT and spend most of our time at the office or traveling. The price was within our budget, around 30 Lakh. The location in Sangolda is decent, not too far from the main hubs. We liked the gym and the swimming pool. Construction feels solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus. The only thing is that getting to the Patto Footbridge Bus Stand takes a while, about 8.4 kilomete, so public transport isn't the most convenient from here. We are happy with the purchase overall.

The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak school houon the main road nearby. Otherwise, for a family, the location and amenities are quite suitable. We looked at the 1 BHK apartments too but decided on a bit more space.
