I finally bought my fit home at Emerald Heights. I looked at a few places but liked the 2 BHK layout which has a super builtup area of around 1053 sq.ft. The location in Apcar Garden, Munshi Bazar is quite central. DAV Public School and HLG Memorial Hospital are right next door, which is perfect. The price was around 56.34 Lakhs, which fit my budget. It is still under construction and expected to be completed by February 2029. I am a bit nervous about the whole process but the sales team seemed helpful. I hope the construction quality is good.
