From an investment pepective, Emenox La Solara Phase 1 Tower B & C seemed like a reasonable choice given it was ready to move. The project by Emenox Infratech was completed in December 2014. I looked at a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 640 square feet. The location in Noida Extension is developing, which could mean future appreciation. The proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is good for connectivity. However, the access road to the project itself can be a bit narrow and congested at times, which is a minor inconvenience.
