The area in Sector 97, Faridabad is quite accessible, and the presence of Accord Supepeciality Hospital nearby at nearby is reassuring. We liked the concept of a fit 3-side open gated township. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting are essential for us. However, the completion date of June 2030 is quite a ways off, and we are hoping Emarald Infraland Llp can deliver closer to that timeline. The Old Faridabad Metro Station is also nearby, which is manageable. We are hoping the final construction quality meets our expectations.
