Emaline Homes seems to be building with good quality, from what I saw during my site visits. The location is decent, close to Somalwar High School which is convenient. I am a bit worried about the traffic getting out of Manish Nagar during peak houthough. Power backup is a must for me and they have that. Also liked the idea of a terrace garden. Overall, it seems like a solid purchase for my needs in Nagpur.
