I chose this project because it is ready to move and has 24/7 security, which is important for me as I am abroad. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for my parents to stay engaged. The location is convenient, though it's close to NH-48, which is a bit far if they need to travel outside the city often. The price was around 2.80 Crore. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
