The price range of 2.56 Crore to 3.31 Crore is what we budgeted for, so it fits. Emaar India is developing this project in Sector 86, Gurgaon. We loved the idea of the 8-acre central green and the resort-style pool. The 45+ fast EV charging stations are a huge plus given we both drive electric caMy only reservation is the completion date in September 2032; it feels like a very long time to wait for possession of our dream home.
