The location in Sector 66 is convenient, with St. Xavier's High School also nearby at nearby. The price of 4.59 Cr was within my budget. The apartment itself felt spacious and well-designed. I particularly liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great additions for relaxation after long working houMy only concern is the traffic noise from Golf Coue Extension Road, which is also nearby. Overall, it's a good place to live.

However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit of a concern for a government employee like me. Also, the Sector 55-56 Metro Station is quite far at over nearby. But the building looks solid and the security seems tight.
