The project being ready for possession in June 2020 was a major plus. I needed a place with good facilities, and the swimming pool and club house are excellent. The 24x7 water supply and solid waste management are practical. The landscaping is beautiful and offea serene environment after a long day at the hospital. While the overall construction quality looks good, the actual internal room sizes are quite compact, which was a slight disappointment given the price point we paid.
