The price range is quite reasonable for the size. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium within the gated community is very convenient for staying active. The rainwater harvesting system is also a good environmental feature. The community road access is on Gunjur Village Road. The developer, ELV Projects, has a decent reputation. We felt it was a good investment for our future.
