We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to our own home. We chose a 5 BHK villa at Ellora Azalea in North Goa, Candolim. The plot area is 5382 sq.ft, which is huge compared to our current place. The price is 9.0 Cr, which is the most we could stretch for, but we believe it's a good value for Goa. It's still under construction, with Ellora Group aiming for completion by December 2026. We really liked the idea of having a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The Vastu compliant design is also a plus. Our main concern is the ongoing construction dust and noise, which is expected but can be a bit irritating for now. We are looking forward to moving in once it's ready.

It's located in North Goa, Candolim, a beautiful part of the state. The price is 9.0 Cr, which is a significant investment for me, but I see it as a long-term home. The developer, Ellora Group, is building it, and it's scheduled for completion in December 2026. I appreciate that it's Vastu compliant, which is important to me. The swimming pool and jacuzzi amenities are a nice bonus for relaxation. I'm a bit concerned about the traffic in Candolim during peak season, but hopefully, the villa's location offesome respite.

The proximity to Bosio Hospital, just a minute away, was a major deciding factor for us, along with St. Theresa's Higher Secondary School being equally close. My parents can have easy access to healthcare and schools if needed. The 5 BHK villa is spacious enough for them and any visitothey might have. The plot area is 5382 sq.ft, which is generous. We are paying 9.0 Cr onwards for this. It is currently under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. The developer, Ellora Group, seems to have a good reputation. We are a bit worried about the construction quality, but we are trusting them to deliver a good home.
