My wife and I work in IT and wanted something close to our offices. Elland Elegance is perfect, Cognizant is a short distance. We bought the 833 Sq.ft plot. The price was within our budget, around 25 Lakhs. It's a gated community with street lighting and power backup which are essential. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic noise from the main road during peak hou, although our plot is a little inside. It's ready to move, which means we can plan our future without waiting too long for construction. We are excited to build our home here.

However, reaching the Airport Metro Station involves a distance of about 13.86 kilomete, which is quite a stretch. Despite this, the overall package for a ready-to-move plot in this area felt like a decent opportunity.

We were looking for a plot to build a family home, and Elland Elegance stood out. The key factor for us was the proximity to Vels Vidyashram, which is just a 5-minute drive. We chose the 1672 Sq.ft plot. It's a ready to move property, which meant we could start planning our house immediately after purchase. The gated community provides security, and the availability of 24X7 water supply and power backup is very reassuring for a family. The price for the larger plot was around 50 Lakhs. My only minor gripe is the parking situation on the internal roads during visiting hou, it can get a little congested if many people are around.

It's ready to move which is great. Our kids school, Vels Vidyashram, is a short distance, which is super convenient. The main thing we are worried about is the road to the project. It's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. Other than that, the gated community aspect and 24X7 water supply are good points for us. ELLAND DEVELOPEOPEPEES seems to have completed this phase.

The developer, ELLAND DEVELOPEOPEPEES, has provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and internal roads. However, I am a bit concerned about the lack of official OC received information, which might affect future transactions. Also, the proximity to major IT parks like Sipcot IT Park (20 mins) and TCS Siruseri (18 mins) is a positive factor for rental demand.

It's a ready to move project, so I can start construction soon. The price was reasonable, around 50 Lakhs for the larger plot. Having internal roads and footpaths is a plus. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and public transport options aren't readily available. However, for my needs, the proximity to Sri Isari Mission Hospital, a short distance, is a significant advantage. ELLAND DEVELOPEOPEPEES has finished the construction.
