    My wife and I have been renting for a long time and finally decided to buy a plot in Elite Park Phase 5. Elite Estates is the developer, and we liked the Gokare location in North Bangalore. The project is ready to move, which means we can start planning our dream home soon. We are looking at the 1600 Sq.ft plot size. It’s good that the Devanahalli Old Bus Stand is nearby, making commuting easier for both of us. InnovatoInternational School is also at a similar distance, which is a plus for the future. The main drawback we observed is that the traffic on the main road near Gokare can get quite heavy during morning and evening commute times. Beyond that, the plot sizes are substantial.

It is ready to move which is a big plus for us. We are considering the 1600 Sq.ft plot size. The distance to Devanahalli Old Bus Stand is nearby, which is quite convenient for us to travel. The proximity to Akash Hospital, also nearby, is a good comfort to have nearby. My only concern is the access road. It's a bit narrow leading to the project, which can be a slight issue during peak houor for larger vehicles. However, the plot sizes are decent for the investment.
