It is located in Karanodai, which is quieter than the main city, something we appreciate. The builder, Elite Estates, has mentioned 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for us. The price was within our budget at around 55 lakh. We visited the site last week and it looks like it will be completed by June 2024, which is fine, though we hoped to move in sooner. The construction looks solid, and the rooms are a decent size. I am a bit concerned about the distance to MMRV Hospital, which is over nearby, but Don Bosco school is nearby which is great. The developer Elite Estates says it will be ready by June 2024. I really hope they finish on time. The area feels a bit dusty right now during construction but hopefully, that will settle down once it is complete.
