We chose a 1212 Sq.ft plot. The project is ready to move since October 2021, which meant we could start planning the construction right away. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and storm water drains are essential for us. The developer, Mohammed Najmuddin, seems reliable. The main concern for us is the distance from the main city center, meaning our commute to our teaching jobs might be longer than we hoped. But the peace and quiet of Mahabubnagar is a big plus.

  I purchased a plot in Elite Homes 2 from Mohammed Najmuddin. The location in Mahabubnagar is developing nicely and seemed like a good spot for a future build. I got a plot of 2512 Sq.ft which gives enough space for a decent sized house. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for me as I don't have time to wait for construction. Mohammed Najmuddin has a reputation for finishing projects, so that was reassuring. The internal roads and footpaths are already laid out. One minor issue is the dust on the internal roads currently, but I expect that will settle once more people start building and the landscaping is complete. Overall, a sound decision.

I haven't seen many nearby facilities yet, which is a slight worry for day-to-day convenience. But the overall feel of the project is promising, and I am excited to start building my home.

My only concern is the parking situation for visito, as the plot sizes do not inherently include dedicated visitor parking, which might be an issue when family visits.

My main worry is the traffic noise during peak houfrom the nearby main road, it can get quite loud. I am hoping the landscaping and tree planting will help mitigate some of it over time.
