The price for a 2 BHK is around 51.86 Lakh, which we could manage with our combined savings and a home loan. The location in Nehru Nagar, Ganapathy, is quite decent. We liked the idea of having a Children's Play Area for future use and the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance gives us peace of mind. The project is still under construction, scheduled for completion in April 2031.
