The proximity to Jeevan Jyothi Hospital is a major draw for us, as is the immediate access to Sri Chaitanya school. We are considering a 2 BHK unit. The project is under construction, with a target completion date of June 2029. One aspect we are slightly concerned about is the distance to the nearest metro station, Thiruvottiyur Metro Station, which is about 8 kilometeaway. This might impact future ease of travel for us. However, the immediate neighborhood facilities are very convenient.
