The 2 BHK flats here have a carpet area starting from 561 sq.ft, which felt a bit small for us. We ended up booking a 2.5 BHK with a carpet area of 970 sq.ft. The project by Apex Buildcon India Pvt. Ltd. Has amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. It's nice that it's Vastu compliant. The location is decent, close to NH-24 which is good for commuting, but sometimes the traffic can be heavy getting into Noida.
