I bought a 2 BHK here in Elegant Mount Sinnai. It is ready to move which was a big plus for me. The built-up area for my flat is 1200 sq.ft. Which feels quite spacious. I liked that it's close to New Baldwin International School Banaswadi, even though I don't have kids, it signals a good neighborhood. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which was within my budget. The only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the traffic on Hennur Bagalur Road during peak houOtherwise, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions.

As I am relocating to Bangalore for work at Ovum Hospitals, proximity was key. Elegant Mount Sinnai is located right next to Ovum Hospitals | Woman & Child Speciality Hospital, which is incredibly convenient. I purchased a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1200 sq.ft. For about 64 Lakhs. It is ready to move in, which saves a lot of hassle. The project also mentions lush greenery, which is a nice touch. The main road access could be slightly better; it's close to Hennur Road. The Baiyappanahalli Metro Station is also nearby, which is manageable. The overall ambiance seems peaceful.

We were looking for a ready to move property in Bangalore and found Elegant Mount Sinnai. The location in Kalyan Nagar, Hennur Bande seemed good. We booked a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1876 sq.ft. The price was about 95 Lakhs. The project has lush greenery which is very calming. It's also close to Ovum Hospitals, which is convenient. My only issue is that the Outer Ring Road is a bit far, about 15-a short distance depending on traffic. But overall, the construction quality looks good and it feels like a solid investment for the future.

Looking at the numbe, Elegant Mount Sinnai presented a reasonable option for a ready-to-move-in property. I purchased a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1450 sq.ft. The cost was approximately 75 Lakhs. The developer, Elegant Properties, has completed this project by December 2019. The location in Kalyan Nagar, Hennur Bande, is decent, though reaching NH 44 takes some time. A minor concern is the noise from nearby construction, as the area is still developing. However, the project offea gymnasium and a swimming pool, and the overall built-up area is good for the price point.

I decided to purchase a 3 BHK in Elegant Mount Sinnai. It's in Kalyan Nagar, Hennur Bande, which is a developing area. The built-up area is around 1800 sq.ft. The price was 90 Lakhs, which is quite high but it is ready to move. The project boasts a club house and a swimming pool. It's also mentioned as a good investment opportunity. However, I found the parking space a bit cramped. Also, the OC received status was not available which is a slight worry, but the developer Elegant Properties has a decent track record. The proximity to Hennur Road is good.
