Also, Cloudnine Hospital being so close is a big comfort. We bought a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of about 1255 Sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for our family of three. The project has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The price was within our budget, around 1.2 Cr. It's ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. The only minor issue is the traffic on the Outer Ring Road during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes.
