  We decided on Eldeco Solano Gardens for my parents in Lucknow. The Mediterranean-themed villas caught our eye, and they look quite elegant from the brochure. We picked a 1193 Sq.ft 2 BHK villa. The price was around 1.4 crore, which felt reasonable for a villa of this size and in a new development. Eldeco Housing And Industries seems to have a decent track record. My only worry is the completion date is July 2030, which is quite far off, and I hope there are no delays. The location in Dharmawat Khera is developing, and it’s good that there’s a school like SKL Public School nearby for any visiting family. Hopefully, the maintenance charges won't be too high later on.

  Moving to Lucknow for work, I needed a place close to the city but with some peace and quiet. Eldeco Solano Gardens seemed like a good option. The villas are Mediterranean-themed, which is a nice touch, and they offer 3 BHK configurations up to 1499 Sq.ft. The price point of 1.86 crore for the larger villas is competitive given the amenities like a swimming pool, tennis court, and mini theatre. It's still under construction, expected completion is July 2030, so there's a wait. I did notice it's a bit of a drive from the main city areas, and traffic can be heavy on New Jail Road during peak houHowever, having Sigma Hospital & Trauma Centre nearby is a huge plus for my professional.

  We are looking to upgrade from our rental apartment and found Eldeco Solano Gardens. The idea of owning a villa is very appealing. We are considering the 2 BHK villas, which range from 1092 Sq.ft to 1193 Sq.ft. The budget is manageable, around 1.33 crore to 1.4 crore for these. The project by Eldeco Housing And Industries has a lot of amenities, including a cricket pitch and an open gym, which our kids would love. It’s still under construction, with completion set for July 2030. The main concern for us is the distance from our current school, and the road to the site can get dusty during construction. We are hoping the developer maintains good quality throughout the build.

The budget for this was around 1.33 crore. The project has lots of green spaces and gardens, which is very calming. It’s still under construction, so I have time to save a bit more before the July 2030 completion. The entrance looks grand from the pictures, and they have a dedicated cricket pitch and tennis court. My parents are happy I’m buying something substantial. The only slight drawback is the distance to the main city centre; it takes about 20-a short distance reach anywhere significant. But the developer, Eldeco Housing And Industries, seems reliable.

I also felt the pricing, especially for the larger villas, is at the higher end for this specific locality, though the amenities might justify it.
