This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. Eldeco Fairway Reserve in Gurgaon caught my eye. I'm looking at the 4 BHK options, which are around 1606 sq.ft. The developer, Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Limited, seems reputable. I really liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the open gym. The reflexology park sounds relaxing too. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2030. The main thing is the budget, which is quite high, going up to 5.63 Cr. I'm hoping the value appreciates well over time. The proximity to NH8 is convenient for travel.

We checked out Eldeco Fairway Reserve last weekend. The 1211 sq.ft 3 BHK flat size looked good for us, especially with the 11 ft high ceilings mentioned. Having only two homes per floor is a big draw for privacy. The clubhouse is massive, 55,000 sq.ft sounds amazing, and the idea of a mini-forest with 900 trees is really unique. The location in Sector 80, New Gurgaon is developing fast. We did notice quite a bit of construction dust on the roads nearby, which is a concern for now. Also, the prices are on the higher side, starting from 3.47 Cr. It's under construction until December 2030, so a long wait.

We visited Eldeco Fairway Reserve because we need more space for the kids. The 4 BHK flats, with built-up areas ranging from 1606 sq.ft to 1965 sq.ft, offer plenty of room. The 11 ft high ceilings definitely make it feel spacious. Having 4.5 acres of central green spaces is fantastic for children to play. We also liked the idea of the amphitheater and the tennis court. The location in Sector 80 is good, although Ompee Global School is nearby, which is a bit of a commute. The biggest issue for us is the price, starting at 3.47 Cr, it's a stretch for our budget. We also heard the metro station is over nearby, which isn't ideal.
