We were looking for a ready-to-move apartment in Madurai and stumbled upon Elakiya Avenue. The location in Vadipatti is quite accessible, being close to the Vadipatti Bus Stand, which is great for our daily commutes to work. The developer, A Parameswaran, has delivered other projects in the region. We liked that it wasn't too far from essential services like KGPs Root Canal & Medical Center at nearby. One slight drawback is that the construction materials were still around in some common areas when we moved in, creating a bit of dust. But it’s settling down now. The project is in Bama Nagar.

We purchased a flat here mainly for its location. Being a government employee, stability is important, and Elakiya Avenue in Vadipatti seemed like a solid, ready-to-move choice by A Parameswaran. The proximity to Nam Vidhya Mandir School, nearby, is perfect for our children. We also appreciate that the Vadipatti Bus Stand is close to the project, making commutes easier. My only minor concern is the traffic can get a bit congested during peak houon the main approach road. However, overall, the developer has a good reputation in Madurai.

It is reassuring that Nam Vidhya Mandir School is nearby; this was a huge factor for us as parents. The Vadipatti Bus Stand being within nearby also adds to the convenience for daily travel. We appreciate that A Parameswaran is a developer with a presence in Tamil Nadu. The apartment sizes are practical for a small family. We are happy with the purchase, although we noticed a bit of noise from nearby construction sites initially, but it has reduced significantly.
