Adhira Homes seems to be building this with good quality finishes, from what we've seen. The location in Tivim, North Goa is also convenient, not too far from Mapusa which is about 5 kilometeaway. We’re hoping the completion by December 2026 happens on schedule. The idea of having a private pool with the apartment is a big draw, though it did push the budget a bit, upwards of 95 Lakh. We're excited to see the final product.
