We appreciate the Vastu compliance and the fact that each flat is well-ventilated with four balconies – that was a big selling point. It's ready to move, which was perfect for our timeline. The proximity to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is also handy, only nearby. Our only slight worry is the car parking; it seems a bit tight if you have larger vehicles. Still, the construction quality looks A+ grade as advertised by Ekveera Buildeand Develope

The 3 BHK flats are 1750 square feet built-up, offering ample space for our growing kids. Having it ready to move was a major advantage. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential, especially with young children. The price of 82.01 Lakh onwards is substantial, but the convenience and the quality of construction seem worth it. The nearby Ujjwal Nagar Metro Station being nearby is also a bonus for commuting.
