Being a ready to move property from 2014 was also a plus, meaning it’s well established. The built-up area is 1577 sq.ft., which is a decent size. I did notice that the OC was not available, which might be a concern for some, but given it's an older property, it might not be a deal-breaker. The project by Eklavya Estate has basic amenities like parking and security.
