    I decided to buy a flat in EIPL Cornetone for my parents who live in Hyderabad. The location in Puppalaguda is developing well and is close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road which is convenient. I chose a 3 BHK flat, with a built-up area around 2000 sq.ft to 2350 sq.ft, giving them plenty of space. The developer, EIPL, has a decent reputation. I was also impressed with the security features like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and video door security, which gives me peace of mind since I am away. The price for a 3 BHK is around 2.13 Crore, which felt a bit high but acceptable given the size and amenities like the club house and gym.

However, the road leading to the project is narrow and can get congested during peak hou, which is a bit inconvenient for daily commutes. Despite this, the overall project seems well-built and has potential.
