The 3 BHK configuration with a super built-up area of 1284 Sq.ft is more than enough space for us now and for the future. The location in Choolaimedu, close to Arcot Road, is fantastic for our work commutes. We really liked the gated community aspect and the rainwater harvesting system. The price was at the higher end of our budget, around 1.1 Crore, but the quality seemed good. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the rooms, while spacious overall, feel a little bit less private due to the open-plan living area. Still, we are happy with the purchase.
