We looked at the 2.5 BHK apartments which are around 852 to 1125 square feet. The price range starts at 72.42 Lakh and goes up to 1.03 Crore, which is a stretch but manageable for us. Eeshani Buildeis the developer. The location is decent, close to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, which helps with my commute. One downside is the narrow lane leading to the property, which can be a bit difficult during peak houHowever, the durable UPVC windows and granite staircase are nice touches.
