We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Eden Solaris City Serampore last month. The size is good, around 1000 sq.ft built up, giving enough space for the kids to play indooI liked that the schools like Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home High School are not too far, nearby. The developer, Eden Realty Group, has included a playground which is a big plus for my children. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but it's manageable. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for the evenings. Overall, it's a decent place for families looking for space and some basic facilities within a reasonable budget.
