The developer offea Festive Clubhouse and a Gymnasium, which would be great for the family. The proximity to Motera Stadium Metro Station at nearby is also a plus for commuting. However, the overall plot area for the 2 BHK is listed as 688 Sq.yd. Which feels unusually large compared to the 3 BHK plot areas and I am not sure how that translates practically inside.
