This is my fit time buying a home, and I chose a 1 BHK at Eden Devprayag Prakriti. I liked the size, around 496 square feet, which feels manageable for me. The location in Shalimar, Howrah is quite convenient, with Narayana Hospital nearby for any emergencies. The developer, Eden Realty Group, seems to have a good track record. However, the project is still under construction and is expected to be completed only in July 2032, which is a long wait. I also noticed a lot of dust on the site, which is expected at this stage, but still a bit botheome. I am hoping the final finish will be good.

The only slight worry is the parking situation, as we have two caand sometimes parking can be a challenge in these new developments.
