I purchased a 2 BHK unit, 906 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for me. The price was reasonable, around 37.15 Lakhs for this configuration. I appreciate the provision of a fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The developer, Eco World Infra Homes, is constructing it, and completion is expected in December 2027. My only concern is that Sii Road can get congested sometimes, but being near the bypass should mitigate that somewhat. The project has a total of only 66 units available, which feels exclusive.
