  I bought a 2 BHK flat at Eco YD Sai Grand in Nagarbhavi for my parents who are living in Bangalore. The size, around 1190 square feet built-up, is perfect for them. Eco dream has provided essential amenities like 24/7 security and a lift, which are important for their comfort and safety. The location is convenient with hospitals and schools nearby, and access to major roads is decent. My parents are happy with the apartment. The only slight drawback is that during peak traffic times, getting in and out of Shivananda Nagar can take a little longer than expected. However, overall, it's a good, established project from 2015 that offegood value for the price, which was in the 90 Lakh range.

  I purchased a 2 BHK flat here a few months ago, looking for a peaceful place to settle down in my retirement. Eco YD Sai Grand is in a well-established area of Shivananda Nagar. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs ranges from 1101 to 1190 square feet, which is quite comfortable. I appreciate the ample greenery and landscaping around the complex, it makes for pleasant walks. The 24/7 security and power backup are essential features for me, providing peace of mind. While the price was towards the higher end of my budget, settling around 90 Lakhs, the quality of construction and the amenities offered by Eco dream seem to justify it. The maintenance staff has been responsive to minor queries.

The location in Nagarbhavi is quite convenient; it's not too far from Mysore Road and Magadi Road, making commutes manageable. We chose this project because Eco dream has a decent reputation, and the flat is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The children's play area is a big hit with our daughter already. The only downside so far is that the road leading to the main street can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's not a dealbreaker.

My primary concern is the lack of readily available official occupancy certificate details, which can sometimes affect resale value or financing options for future buyeHowever, the rental yield has been consistent.
